20 acres California Mining Claim with creek or river

DO YOU HAVE A PLACE TO GO GOLD MINING?
How often did you go somewhere and paid 100 or more a day just to do a little dredging, panning or metal detecting? If you had your own mining claim, you could go as often as you wanted and would not have to pay anyone, except for your yearly fees to the government. Those fees are very small.

What is a Mining Claim Property?

The United States Supreme Court case of Wilbur v. U.S. ex rel. Krushnic, 280 US 306 (1930).  The Supreme Court said; When the location of a mining claim is perfected under the law, it has the effect of a grant by the United States of the right of present and exclusive possession.  The claim is property in the fullest sense of that term; and may be sold, transferred, mortgaged, and inherited without infringing any right or title of the United States.  The right of the owner is taxable by the state; and is "real property".  The owner is not required to purchase the claim or secure patent from the United States; but so long as he complies with the provisions of the mining laws, his possessor's right, for all practical purposes of ownership, is as good as though secured by patent.

This possessor interest may be asserted against the United States as well as against third parties, Best v. Humboldt Placer Mining Co., 371US 334, 336 (1963), and may not be taken from the claimant by the United States without due compensation, United States v. North American Transportation & Trading Co., 253US 330 (1920), or be declared invalid except in accordance with due process.  Cameron v. United States. 252US 450 (1920).

Fee title remains with the Federal Government until patent issues.  The owner of an un-patented claim is entitled to mine, remove and sell all valuable mineral deposits within his claim boundaries.  The claimant is also entitled to such surface rights necessary for mining operations.

INVESTMENT

Gold, because of its unique properties, will always be needed.  For thousands of years, people have, and will be investing in gold due to its high intrinsic values.  Mining Claim Property is permanent, it is tangible, you can see and inspect it; you can use it to produce income and pleasure, and you know that the land will be there tomorrow.

Can I work on the Mining Claim Property as soon as I make a down payment? No, you need to pay off at least 25% before you can start working your claim. However, you may go and inspect your claim any time.

What if you find someone mining on your Mining Claim Property?

With the new laws and court cases, one can be guilty of Grand Theft, which is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison (one to fourteen years) and, in addition, may be fined ten thousand ($10,000), Penal Code Title 13, Sec. 487 d.

This is another reason why you should have your own mining claim. You don't want to be caught prospecting on someone else's claim!

Prices

While there are still so many properties left, you can only choose an area. Once you make your down payment you will receive maps of the exact location. Since I still have quite a few, these are sold on a first come first serve basis. Once the initial rush is gone, I will do some research and post more info on each claim that I have left. Prices will then go up of course.
